6. Alfred Pennyworth

Jeremy Irons did a fantastic job filling Michael Caine's iconic shoes in Batman v Superman, and once again he's terrific as both a foil and tech support to the Caped Crusader.

Sure, his role here isn't remotely as deep or nuanced as in BvS, but he still helps keep Bruce honest, and has some fun interactions with the rest of the League, especially Cyborg.

Irons can knock this role out in his sleep, but to his credit, he doesn't just phone it in and seems to actually be having a blast playing Alfred.

Hopefully The Batman will be able to do full justice to his talents with a more fleshed-out part.
