Justice League Film: 10 Epic JLA Stories That Should Be Referenced

9. Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman: Trinity

If Crisis on Infinite Earths sounds way too complicated and convoluted for you to imagine it being referenced in the upcoming Justice League movie, then allow me to get back to grass roots. Trinity retells the first meeting of the most iconic JLA members of all; Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. In a nutshell, the trio are brought together when Ra's al Ghul (obviously a Batman villain) recruits Bizarro (a Superman baddie) and Artemis (I'm sure you don't need me telling you that this a Wonder Woman regular). Suddenly, these three iconic heroes find themselves working together for the first time. Now, perhaps more so than any others, these three have often directly opposing ideologies and crime-fighting methodologies and throughout this story the three must learn to put their differences aside in order to pursue their ultimate coinciding goal. This is ultimately what we're going to want from the first ever Justice League movie; the idea that at first, thanks to their opposing views, they'll struggle to work together effectively but through crisis will ultimately grow enough through the story that come the real crisis, they'll truly gel as a team. Which is basically exactly what happens in Trinity. All Will Beall has to do in essence is add a couple more Justice League members to the mix, and this one is practically ready to go.
