9. Man Of Steel - Is It Any Good?
One of the biggest question marks surrounding the Justice League movie is the upcoming Superman reboot, Man of Steel. Though we were all wowed by the trailers that Zack Snyder has put out so far, we all know how deceptive marketing can be, and optimistic though we all are, we won't know quite what's in store until we sit down in cinemas in June. Why does this matter? Well, it's been widely reported that the future of a JLA movie essentially hinges on the success of Supes; if it's a financial failure or critical let-down - which admittedly would be a surprise given Nolan's involvement as producer - the JLA movie will be in severe jeopardy. Though Nolan will have of course seen a wealth of footage from Man of Steel, it's unlikely that he's seen the final cut yet, and so there's unquestionably the feeling that all this JLA talk is really premature given that we don't even know if people give a damn about Supes anymore.
