Justice League Movie: 10 Reasons Nolan & Bale Shouldn't Do It

7. Joseph Gordon-Levitt Should Be Batman...

Besides, if they wanted to link The Dark Knight trilogy together with the Justice League of America, wouldn't the next logical step be to include Joseph Gordon-Levitt's John Blake rather than Bale? Given that Blake inherited the Batcave at the end of the film, and presumably would go on to become "Batman 2.0", should he not be putting on the cape and cowl for any future Batman adventures, especially if Christopher Nolan is involved? Granted, I'm not at all convinced that Gordon-Levitt would look the part in the suit, and frankly, I can't imagine him bulking up to 200lbs+ for the role, but for the sake of consistency, would it not make sense to use him so as not to completely undermine the idea of him taking Bruce's place? If Blake ends up killed or otherwise disabled in order for Bruce to come back, it's going to feel extremely cheap.
