Justice League: The Snyder Cut - 10 Coolest Details We Know So Far

1. The Arc Of Black Suit Superman

Even before we knew anything about Justice League, it was suspected that Black Suit Superman would show up in the DCEU at some point, and in the Snyder Cut, that's exactly what happens.

The Black Suit is a famous Superman costume from the comics, sported by the hero when he returns from the dead. With Justice League also following this resurrection storyline, the Snyder Cut features a scene where Superman chooses to don the dark outfit, and he stays dressed like that for the rest of the movie.

Yep, that's right: Snyder wasn't going to include Superman's classic red and blue costume. In fact, the next few movies after Justice League would've been about Superman's journey to earn those colours back (something the director revealed to a fan on Twitter, below), meaning that the Black Suit could've been a staple for the character in Justice League 2, and maybe even Justice League 3.

This "dark Superman" arc is easily the most interesting thing that the theatrical cut of Justice League didn't explore, and with Henry Cavill's Superman future looking uncertain, there's no telling if we'll ever get to see even a tiny part of it play out for real.
