Kingsman 3: 10 Things We Want To See
10. A Bigger Role For Channing Tatum
Easily one of the most disappointing things about the Golden Circle was the surprisingly minimal role for Channing Tatum, who was introduced as bada** Statesman agent Tequila, before quickly being sidelined and spending the majority of the movie's remainder in deep freeze.
Considering how much fun Tatum seemed to be having during his earlier scenes, it was a shame to see him taken out of the equation so quickly, likely for budgetary and/or scheduling reasons.
Kingsman 3 absolutely needs to right this wrong, by giving Tequila the reins for act one while Eggsy inevitably has to be coaxed out of retirement in true James Bond-esque fashion.
The opening set-piece should center around Tatum kicking a**, and given that the end of The Golden Circle sees Tequila working directly with Kingsman, it definitely seems like he's going to be a major fixture moving forward.
Still, there's every possibility that the aforementioned scheduling issue could prevent Tatum from appearing in a substantial role again (especially if Gambit actually gets made), which would basically be unforgivable after what happened this time.
