Kingsman 3: 10 Things We Want To See

9. A Runtime Of 130 Minutes Or Less

Perhaps the most-criticised aspect of the new movie, even by those who enjoyed it, is its brutal 141-minute runtime, a wildly excessive, over-indulgent length that just isn't justified by anything that happens.

So much fat could be trimmed away with a few more script drafts and a more judicious edit, and given how vocal viewers have been about the sequel truly testing viewer patience, Matthew Vaughn and co-writer Jane Goldman would be foolish not to make the next movie leaner and faster-paced.

While no good movie is too long, it's hard to have faith in Vaughn and Goldman delivering another movie as long as The Golden Circle that actually justifies that runtime. Keep it under 130 minutes like the first movie, or ideally even shorter, and it's one less thing for people to complain about. Easy.
