14. "Let's Take The Down... Low And Level"

As the Sky Devils chopper squadron fly over Skull Island, Sam Jackson's Packard offers this fairly clear instruction. The choppers drop to a low level to navigate the built up rocks, but it lasts for all of about 3 seconds, when they start swooping side to side. And Packard accepts this as if he didn't just instruct them to do the exact opposite.

Perhaps they were all too busy marking out for his "hold on to your butts" line?

This is only a piffling annoyance, in the grand scheme of things - far worse is the fact that the scene in which Kong takes down the helicopters features more helicopters than were actually on the ship in the first place. Almost like they added more for more drama and forgot to also add them to the deck of the Athena.
