21. The Pulp Fiction Gag
At the same time as Batman throwing some shade at Suicide Squad when Commissioner Gordon suggests getting a team of villains together to stop the Joker and the Phantom Zone villains, Batman specifically mentions Fox Force Five, the team of bad-ass girls from the pilot Mia Wallace shot in Pulp Fiction.
20. The Gremlins Cartoon Reference
At one point during the climactic battle sequence, The Gremlins attack the Bat-Plane, taking out the engines, which is a two-fold Easter Egg of sorts.
First it refers to the origins of the term when 1920s RAF pilots introduced a superstition that "gremlins" were sabotaging doomed planes - an idea that became more popular during World War II.
And of course it also references the famous Bugs Bunny cartoon Falling Hare in which he battles a mischievous gremlin as it terrorises him at an airfield and in a plane.
19. Batman's Eyes
It's a fairly small thing, comparatively speaking, but the decision to give Batman blue glowing eyes refers back to his battle armor in Batman v Superman.
