The Lego Movie: 10 Moments Of Geek Heaven

3. The Millennium Falcon

Star Wars Lego has been around for years. Every time I walk past my local Lego store and see the fully constructed Lego Super Star Destroyer in the window, I feel like a kid all over again. So it was a delight to have the opportunity to return to a galaxy far, far away in a pivotal moment within the film; a moment that I was glad was not revealed in the trailers. Our heroes need a hyper drive to build a space ship that will get them into Lord Business's lair; enter the Millennium Falcon, complete with Han, Chewie, C3P0 and Lando Calrissan. Batman immediately switches sides to be with the cool gang; of course his betrayal is simply a plan to steal the Falcon's hyperdrive... even if it is malfunctioning a little. Added to that, Billy Dee Williams and Anthony Daniels are back to voice Lando and C3P0 respectively. Another magical geek moment!
