The Theory: The first trailer briefly showed a pair of claws attacking Logan, and this caused rampant speculation that his mutant son Daken would appear in the film, considering he's one of the few major X-Men characters to have three claws in that specific arrangement on each hand and, well, it just honestly made a lot of sense.
