11. Caliban's Suntan

Donald Pierce first appears to be just a charismatic underling of Dr Zander Rice and the mostly benign head of the Reavers who stays away from direct action and even seems to call his men off when they try to shoot Laura rather than capture her.

In reality, he's an instrument of devilish evil: as he proves when he captures the unfortunate Caliban (played with expert charm and heart by Stephen Merchant). He attempts to extract Logan and Laura's location out of the albino mutant, first threatening him verbally before opening the blinds to literally burn Caliban's hyper-sensitive skin off.

His screams are only matched for their brutality by the audible sizzle of his flesh as Pierce breaks him with a barely suppressed smile.
