31. The Deadpool 2 Preview

Though you won't be lucky enough to have seen it in all UK cinemas, despite the film's early release this side of the Atlantic, it has been confirmed that there is a Deadpool 2 preview teaser running ahead of Logan.

Here's the rumoured break-down (courtesy of SlashFilm)...

The scene starts with Wade Wilson wearing a hooded sweatshirt covering his face and listening to “Call Me Angel”as he walks past an alley where a mugging is happening. He runs to a telephone booth, with Superman's theme by John Williams playing (weird cross-over but great all the same), and struggles to change into his Deadpool costume as the camera holds for a whole minute as he struggles, while a gunshot marks the end of the mugging off-screen.

Deadpool runs to save the day only to find a dead mugging victim and no mugger, so he naturally picks through the poor guy's groceries, throwing witticisms at the camera. Then, marvellously, Stan Lee turns up, and apparently says “Hey, aren’t you Ryan Gosling?” – as the teaser fades to reveal the slogan: “Deadpool…coming…not soon enough.”
