4. Rictor & The Mutant Kids

The mutant kids that form the rest of the Transigen programme are all clones of other mutants from the X-Men world, and though we don't get their names, it's hinted that one is the "son" of Ice Man, one of Pyro and there are a couple named on the cast list as Lizard Boy and Pine Cone Girl. Worst superhero names ever.

There are a couple of names we do get though: it's revealed that one of the kids was cloned from DNa belonging to Christopher Bradley, an electrically powered mutant in the comics who appeared in X-Men Origins and was part of Colonel Stryker's Team X. In the comics he was also known as Bolt or Maverick, and in Origins was played by Lost star Dominic Monaghan.

And the mutant kids have a leader who will be familiar to X-Men fans: he's called Rictor, who was actually a mutant in the comics, and was an original member of X-Force whose mutation created earthquakes.
