When Professor X is talking Logan through his "visions" of Laura, he garbles a prophecy that the young mutant and her companion who need Wolverine will meet him at the Statue Of Liberty. That turns out to mean the Liberty Motel (rather less glamorously), but the moment includes a call back to the first X-Men movie.

Despite the assertion that Logan exists in a slightly different universe to the X-Men, Logan responds to the mention of the statue with "the Statue Of Liberty was a long time ago..." referring back to the climax of Bryan Singer's franchise opener.
