It would be easy for a movie as inherently grim as Logan to get lost in its darkness and forget that people still go to $120+ million movies about mutant superheroes to smile every now and then.
A relief it is, then, that the film clearly touts some humour and humanity, as Logan, Laura and Xavier are shown sat around a table, smiling to one another.
