M. Night Shyamalan's Glass: Everything We Know So Far

5. Several Unbreakable/Split Cast Members Are Returning...

Alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis as Elijah Price and David Dunn, respectively, a handful of other actors from Unbreakable will also be returning to reprise their roles in Glass.

Spencer Treat Clark, who played Joseph Dunn (David's son) recently joined the cast, alongside Charlayne Woodard as Mrs. Price, Elijah's mother.

It's interesting to note the absence of Robin Wright, who played David's wife in Unbreakable. Is she not in Glass? That seems odd, given that her son and her husband are involved. Or has she been killed off in-between movies?

On the Split side of things, James McAvoy will be returning to play Kevin Wendell Crumb, the man with a Gollum/Smeagol-esque personality problem, with Anya Taylor-Joy - who played Casey Cooke - rounding out the returning cast.

Little is known about how any of these players will factor into the story, but it's exciting to hear that so many people are returning.

It makes Glass feel like the true culmination of the Split/Unbreakable (Splunbreakable?) cinematic universe, given that both separate movie franchises are literally coming together.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for over ten years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. In 2022, he took charge of WhoCulture and has grown it into the biggest Doctor Who channel on YouTube, and one of the biggest Doctor Who communities on the web full-stop. He has been writing and video editing since his early teens, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers, off the back of a burning obsession with the Matt Smith era of the show. Like many his age, he first got into Doctor Who with the 2005 revival, but has since gone back and fallen in love with the classic years too. If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order, or to give you a random factoid about the making of Gridlock, Danny is the person to ask!
