The Master of Magnestism has a thing for the theatrics.

Erik Lehnsherr, better known simply as Magneto, is one of the most powerful mutants in the X-Men cinematic universe. Born and raised by Jewish parents in Nazi-occupied Europe, this man€™s disturbing past lead him to becoming one of the X-Men€™s most powerful enemies. Once good friends with X-Men founder Charles Xavier, the two would soon learn that their views on mutant humans relations were starkly different, which would lead to their ultimate rivalry. Magneto, of course, has the ability to manipulate magnetic force fields and magnetic flight. Fearing another holocaust - this time against mutants - Magneto takes a hard stand against humanity with the belief that mutants will eventually be the dominant life form on the planet. Magneto has appeared in six of the seven X-Men movies to date; X-Men (2000), X2 (2003), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), X-Men: First Class (2011), The Wolverine (2013), and X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) respectively. He has been portrayed extraordinarily by both Sir Ian McKellen and Michael Fassbender at different stages of his life. As a result, he's accrued a number of memorable moments.
