Marvel: 10 Most Underused Technologies In The MCU

2. Tony Stark's Automatic Factory

Yet another product out of Stark Industries that is tragically underused is the automatic robotic factory Tony has built into his house. We see as early as the first Iron Man movie that Stark has a personal interface in his home where he can design, manufacture, and test whatever he desires.

The entire process is automated, accomplishing in a few hours what would take humans months or years to do. Yet, instead of using this machine, or ones like it to provide those in need with cheap houses or vehicles, he decides the best (and frankly, the only) use of this unbelievable feat of engineering is to make fancy metal suits to fly around in.

It's pretty ridiculous that Tony keeps this auto-factory all to himself. There are millions of homeless people around the world and these machines could easily produce affordable homes for everyone if they were more widely available. They could work around the clock and much faster than humans. Perhaps it is simply so expensive to construct something like this that it's just impossible to make more than one.
