8. Emil Blonsky Blindly Mixes His Serums (The Incredible Hulk)
Blonsky again. Having become increasingly unstable following his bodily upgrades, and having healed quickly from his wounds suffered at the hands of the Hulk, Blonsky finds Bruce Banner in New York - where he has met with scientist Samuel Sterns to test an antidote that could reverse the effects of the Hulk transformation. Following a successful test, Blonsky attacks them and knocks Banner out, before demanding that Sterns injects him with a sample of Banner's blood to give him the same power as the Hulk. Realising that Blonsky already has 'a little something inside him' (referring to the super-soldier serum), Sterns advises Blonsky against mixing the two ingredients, claiming that he doesn't know what the outcome will be - indeed saying that it could be 'an abomination' - but Blonsky ignores Sterns' warning and insists on receiving Banner's blood. Of course, he gets the power he's looking for, but he also transforms in to a hideous monster and, unlike the Hulk, he can't transform back.
