Marvel Cinematic Universe: Every Project To Be Excited For In 2019 (And Why)

This is it. The big one.

Considering the fact that Avengers: Infinity War dominated 2018 and reinforced just how beloved the Marvel Cinematic Universe is by people all over the globe, there's no denying that Endgame is far and away the 2019 project worth getting most excited about. Aside from the fact that we'll finally get to see how the world - and, hopefully, the universe - was changed when Thanos snapped his fingers, we'll also see the remaining Avengers at their lowest point as they rally together to fix what's been done.

Though we've already gotten our first trailer for the film, the beauty of it is that nothing about the plot itself has been spoiled. Will time travel be involved, for instance? Who knows! And those sorts of mysteries are only serving to increase anticipation for the film, which will see characters that sat out Infinity War, like Ant-Man, the Wasp, and Captain Marvel, joining in the action, giving us all sorts of new on-screen pairings and dynamics that fans have been dying to see.

On top of that, Endgame will mark the end of an era, with several longtime characters sure to make their exit here so that the newcomers can take center stage going forward, and it's hard not to expect the film to be as triumphant as it will be bittersweet. Even more than Infinity War, Endgame is going to be a landmark moment not just for 2019 but for the franchise as a whole, and one fans will certainly be talking about for years to come.
