5. Captain America: The First Avenger - Red Skull / Hydra
Red Skull has everything Obadiah has going for him and then some. Captain America's greatest foe is ruthless, cunning, intelligent, and has been injected with a serum similar to Cap's, making him a super soldier. He also has an army of Hydra agents, a plan to destroy the world, and the technology to do it. His only drawback is his god complex, which ultimately leads to his death when he decides to stare into the Tesseract as if it's a snow globe as opposed to the most powerful weapon on the planet. Seriously, dude, put that damn thing down and kick Cap off the plane. You don't know what that cube is capable of... too late, it disintegrated you. Pros: Super strength and agility, has a plan to destroy the world, has an army. Cons: Doesn't know how to not touch obviously dangerous cubes.
