4. Guardians of the Galaxy
So much is up in the air about the Guardians of the Galaxy movie adaptation, given that casting is still going on after the likes of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, despite fervent rumour, did not end up taking the role. However, there are still some rumours that continue to persist around the web, and one thing's for sure; the Guardians will certainly have an impact on The Avengers 2. Miss Marvel will make an appearance. Thanos will make his presence felt prior to The Avengers 2, either significantly wounding or even killing some of the Guardians. He won't be over-exposed, however, as this won't make him as appealing a threat for The Avengers 2. He will cause some succint devastation and then be on his way, likely not serving as the focal enemy for the film. Of course, expect some cameos from the Marvel favourites; we think Iron Man could have some great dialogue riffing on Rocket Raccoon and Groot in particular.
