In a year or two, Marvel fans will finally get to see fan favorite Kamala Khan on Disney+ in her own show, but there are other muslim characters that should head to the big screen, one such actually being a member of the X-Men.

Sooraya Qadir is an Afghan mutant rescued from slavery by Wolverine after her mutant gene surfaced. To offset her quiet and nervous nature, Sooraya has the ability to completely turn her body into dust and sand, hence her X-Men title. Seeing as how this also gives her total control over those very same elements, in many ways, she's almost as powerful as Storm.

She's at least as powerful as the Spidey villain Sandman but with a ton more moral fibre as well as a lot more intellect to come up with more creative uses of her powers than just making big sand fists and robbing banks.

Dust's development from 'so timid that she turns to sand to avoid even making eye contact with the other mutants', to one of the team's most confident powerhouses would be a joy to witness for the MCU audience, so Sooraya needs to show up in an MCU X-Men movie yesterday.
