7.The Silver Surfer

He's not strictly a black and white villain in the same way his master Galactus is, but the smartest way to introduce the Silver Surfer is actually the way he was introduced in the terrible Fantastic Four sequel: as the herald of Galactus who ends up switching sides.

With James Gunn tasked with leading the creative expansion of the cosmic arm of the MCU (after he's got Guardians Vol 3 out of the way presumably), it'd be simple to introduce the Silver Surfer as the means to seed Galactus. Having him play the villain - or at least in the perception of whichever heroes first meet him - only for it then to be revealed that he's there as a warning would be a good first step in that story.

And he's more than powerful enough to warrant focus in a stand-alone movie that doesn't bring Galactus in - particularly if the heroes make the mistake of attacking him.
