7. Madcap
Many years ago, the man who became Madcap was riding a bus with his family when it collided into a truck containing Compound X07. This chemical merged with Madcap's remains, endowing him with a healing factor, and the ability to turn people insane. Since his family was killed in the crash, Madcap lost his mind, compelling him to turn to a life of crime.
Although he was a pretty forgettable villain at first, Madcap became much more interesting when he had a chance encounter with Deadpool. The rogue realised his insanity powers didn't work on Wade Wilson, since his brain was already filled with way too much crazy (and tumours). This revelation caused Madcap to develop an obsession around Deadpool until he perceived him as his arch-nemesis.
Even though the Merc with a Mouth has fought assassins, ninjas, supervillains, and vampire cows, Madcap stands out since he's one of the few people who might be more nuts than Wade. Although characters like Weasel and Domino banter with Deadpool in the films, it would be fun to see Wade have to step up his game to outcrazy someone like Madcap.
