8. Omega Red
The most dangerous type of baddie is one who makes a superhero's greatest skill completely redundant. Venom is immune to Spider-Man's Spider-sense, making him more dangerous than most of Spidey's rogue gallery. Metallo's kryptonite heart disables Superman's powers, rendering the Boy Scout helpless.
Which brings us to the X-Men villain, Omega Red. Using the metallic tentacles attached to his hands, this Russian albino can ensnare his victims and drain the life out of them within seconds.
Even though he looks like "the president of the Doctor Octopus fan-club" according to Spider-Man, Omega Red is a force to be reckoned with for two reasons. Firstly, his coils are composed of carbonadium, which is indestructible. Secondly, anyone exposed to carbonadium can't heal.
As formidable as Deadpool and Wolverine are, their healing factors won't help them if they get too close to Omega Red. Instead of just hacking at him, the pair have to rely on their wits to best this deadly adversary.
Because Red is a fan-favourite, watching Wade and Logan team up to face one of the X-Men's most daunting foes would be a dream come true.
