Often, acting careers have to take precedent in child or teen actor’s life over what would be ideal for them – such as when the actress for Hit Girl was required to say a series of lines that she ‘would be grounded for years’ if she ever said in real life.

In a both financially and morally positive move, Spider-Man: Homecoming avoided following this trend, as the high school scenes were all shot during American summer break, both allowing the studio to use a legitimate high-school as a set, and also meaning that the various actors weren’t forced to choose between going to school and being in the film.

All in all, it’s a small detail, but one that adds to the cheerful and wholesome atmosphere that makes Homecoming just that little extra bit special - especially when compared to it's gloomier predecessors.
