5. The Secret Cameo At The Premiere

He might not be involved in the MCU any more (at least not in terms of the films), but there have been lots of stories over the years about Marvel chairman Ike Perlmutter, including some fairly distasteful controversies. It's not all that surprising, then, that he's always been a mysterious sort of figure.

But even secretive people can't help but get excited when films like Iron Man come along and so enthused was Perlmutter for its release that he risked his refusal to be photographed in public by going to the premier in disguise (a fake moustache and glasses).

And speaking of cameos, rapper Ghostface Killah - who is a self-confessed major Iron Man and uses aliases "Ironman" and "Tony Starks", has an album named after him and samples clips of 1966's Iron Man originally had a cameo, but it was cut. Jon Favreau apologised for the edit, but Killah's not been invited back yet to make up for it.
