6. Collecting Powerful Items

It's already known that Red Skull was very keen to get his hands on the Tesseract - which, of course, he did - in Captain America: The First Avenger. It's also known that he regularly tries to get his hands on powerful items in the comic books - the Cosmic Cube, for example - so it really wouldn't be any surprise to find out that he'd been gathering items of power in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since his disappearance. There are still two Infinity Stones unaccounted for - the Time Stone and the Soul Stone, for what it's worth - so has the Red Skull got his hands on both of those? There will be many items of power in the MCU that aren't Infinity Stones, so has he acquired something different entirely? The Heart of the Universe? The Ultimate Nullifier? The Forever Crystal? Either way, if that's what he's been doing, he could reemerge as a huge threat to the MCU's heroes.
