Black market arms dealer Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) makes his first MCU appearance in Age of Ultron, where Ultron forces him to sell him some Vibranium, and kindly compensates him by transferring $1.285 billion into his personal bank account.

While Klaue's fondness for expensive trinkets and weaponry ensures he's never been a poor man, it's easy to forget he was actually a billionaire during the events of Black Panther, at which point you kinda have to wonder why he's still running around and not just enjoying his huge stash of cash.

Given how committed he remains to mad terrorism in Black Panther, it's easy to forget that Ultron effectively made him one of the richest people in the world, presuming the A.I.'s financial theft wasn't eventually reversed by the world's banks.
