3. How Does Kaecilius Evade The Time Spell?

When Doctor Strange uses the Time Stone to reverse the damage on the Hong Kong sanctum, it's a great moment that reinforces how important the Infinity Stones are to the MCU.

Unfortunately, though, it's then completely undermined by the fact that Kaecilius is somehow able to shake off the reversal of time without Strange using the Stone to take him out of the stream (as he does with Mordo and Wong). So, we're supposed to just accept that Kaecilius is as powerful as an Infinity Stone now?

Even allowing for the fact that he's channelling Dormammu's powers, the Stones are supposed to be the most powerful objects in the multiverse. In other words, even Dormammu shouldn't be able to just shrug them off.
