11. Michael Stuhlbarg Is Wasted

As anyone who has seen Call Me By Your Name, The Shape Of Water and Fargo will definitely agree, Michael Stuhlbarg is an incredible actor with impressive range and the kind of charm that makes him irresistibly watchable.

He's also horribly wasted in Doctor Strange, despite how good it was to have him cast. He's lumbered with a nothing role who basically only exists to make Strange look better. And it flies in the face of everything his fans will have come to expect of him that we're actively encouraged to not like him. It's alien and wrong and uncomfortable.

While his casting is poor, Benedict Cumberbatch's is absolutely perfect. It's almost impossible to think of anyone who would have done the role better service.
