MCU: 12 Things You Learn Rewatching The Incredible Hulk

2. Talking Abomination Is Laughable

There's no arguing with the fact that the climactic Harlem fight is, well, a bit on the daft side, but the decision to have the Abomination lucidly talk to Hulk throughout the battle crossed the line into outright stupidity.

The Hulk says only "Hulk smash!" during the final battle and otherwise lets his actions speak for him, so to have the Abomination speaking several times during the fight just seems inordinately goofy.

Considering there was already plenty of hand-wringing over the supervillain's design, and the fact he's basically just a mirror-Hulk isn't that interesting, giving him a silly voice to boot didn't remotely help matters.
