MCU: 12 Things You Learn Rewatching The Incredible Hulk

7. The Product Placement Is Pretty Bad

Product placement showing up in a big-budget superhero movie is no surprise, but the amount of paid shilling in this movie is pretty damn embarrassing.

Coca Cola clearly paid a handsome penny to have their brand featured in numerous scenes throughout the film, most absurdly as Banner is cowering next to a number of vending machines baring the Coke logo. In other scenes Coke bottles and cooler boxes are strategically angled towards the frame for maximum brand visibility. Oof.

When Banner breaks into Culver University, though, things go one step more absurd, with a Norton AntiVirus window popping up for a few pointless seconds. It's extra bizarre when you consider that the actor playing Banner is, yep, Edward Norton.
