MCU: 14 Things You Learn Rewatching Captain America: Civil War

3. Hawkeye Is Great On The Raft

Considering he's in it for such a short amount of time, Hawkeye is actually great in Civil War, which makes the fact that he's having to sit Infinity War out all the more frustrating.

There's zero fat on his scenes with Scarlet Witch (who would naturally respond to him as her rescuer thanks to the paternal dynamic) and his part in the airport battle (particularly in fighting Black Widow and then being utterly dismissed by Black Panther), But his best moment comes on the secret Raft prison, when he goads Tony, almost as if he's lost control.

This is a completely different Clint to what we've seen to date - a reckless wilcard who is furious and passionate - and it's the first sign that he might be heading towards the Ronin evolution that we now know is coming in Avengers 4.
