MCU: 14 Things You Learn Rewatching Captain America: Civil War

1. It's Still Better Than Winter Soldier

Most people seem to agree that The Winter Soldier, Civil War and Guardians Of The Galaxy all rank in the top five MCU movies, but the debate over the quality difference between the two Captain America sequels is the most hotly-contested.

And while The Winter Soldier is a stunning achievement in itself, taking in a surprising genre swerve, some of the best story-telling in the MCU and great performances (particularly by Sebastian Stan and Chris Evans), it's Civil War that deserves the highest accolade.

The third Cap movie manages to balance as much story depth as The Winter Soldier with far more spectacle, more character moments and a higher overall entertainment factor. It's also braver in scope and by virtue of how easy it would have been to mess it up, deserves even more credit. It's a close run thing, but it's definitely superior.

Let's just hope we get a fourth Cap movie somehow.
