1. The Infinity Gauntlet
Without the Infinity Stones, it's a big massive golden glove and not much else, but once it gets its proper ornamentation, it's on another level entirely.
In the comics, the combined power of the Stones is enough to wipe out half of existence (it would be more, but Thanos wasn't in the mood to go the full way), and basically, whoever wields a complete Gauntlet wields the most unthinkable level of power in their hands. Combining all six power-sets of the stones is a frightening prospect, as it means every instance we've seen of their use would be only one sixth of its capabilities.
Whether Thanos will actually snap his fingers and kill a significant number of the MCU heroes remains to be seen (even then, if it happens it'll be reversible, as it was in the comics), but his thirst to get his hands on them all for his Gauntlet says everything about what they can be together.
