MCU: 8 Billion Dollar Marvel Movies To Justify Buying Fox
5. World War Hulk
Strictly speaking, Marvel probably don't need a huge number of Fox's former properties to make World War Hulk (or a version of it) work in the wake of Avengers 4, but it would be boosted considerably by the arrival of more heroes to take down a villainous, rampaging Hulk.
It wouldn't take a great deal for Hulk's current arc to be developed in such a way that he turns against the Avengers (particularly if they decide that he's too much of a threat to the world to keep around), and it would fit with the character's own established concerns about losing control. It would be smart, then, to have a plot revealed to get rid of Hulk, and for him to then royally kick off and become the next foe to face what remains of the Avengers - along with the Fantastic Four at least.
After all, Mr Fantastic was part of the brain trust that sent him to space in the comics.
With Thor: Ragnarok having developed some of the Planet Hulk storyline, we couldn't have a pure adaptation, BUT a spiritual one would certainly work. And Hulk evolving into an enemy would be a great climax to his initial arc, which has looked like it's heading that way several times already.
