Song: Come And Get Your Love Film: Guardians Of The Galaxy This Native American rock band was formed by brothers Lolly and Pat Vegas and are accredited by the Smithsonian as being the first Native American group to have a number one single in the United States. The song that got them there was 1974s Come And Get Your Love, which went gold after selling over a million copies. And its that song that Marvel used in the opening scene of Guardians of the Galaxy in which Star-Lord dances his way through Morag towards the all-important Orb. The lyrics (come and get your love) are likely symbolic, as the events that follow after he takes the sought after Orb lead him to his future team-mates and an acceptance that he hasnt had since leaving Earth.
