31. Captain America: The First Avenger - The Mission

The First Avenger was the first movie to sneakily repurpose footage from another MCU movie entirely, which was both a little annoying in hindsight but also a smart way of marketing the upcoming movie it was stolen from.

In the stinger, we get to see Captain America, obviously grumpy and isolated in the modern world, showing both his anger and his powers by beating up a punchbag. Nick Fury pops up and mentions there's a mission (Loki's invasion), foreshadowing the culmination of Nick Fury's plans for The Avengers Initiative.

It doesn't really serve any purpose other than that.
