While there is no obvious route for the Mandarin to appear in Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (there is no Iron Man 4 on the way), don't rule out the possibility of the real deal appearing in some form. A Marvel One-Shot - All Hail The King - went out of its way to inform viewers that the real Mandarin does exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, following on from the debacle that was Trevor Slattery and Aldrich Killian in Iron Man 3, and that would've been a waste of time unless Marvel Studios intended to have him appear. It may be in a post-credits scene to set him up for an appearance in Iron Man 4 or a Masters Of Evil movie in Phase 4, or it could be in a film like Civil War or one of the Infinity War offerings, but there is definitely a possibility that Marvel Studios could appease fans in Phase 3 with regards to the character's prior bungled portrayal.
