4. Captain America 3

Bear with this one, because you're probably thinking "but there is a Captain America 3 in Phase 3". Well, you'd be right, but the fact is that it's not really going to be a Captain America movie - and that's actually kind of disappointing in a way. Captain America: The Winter Soldier ended in a way that left us wondering what was going to happen regarding Bucky Barnes - Steve Rogers' former friend who had been brainwashed and preserved by HYDRA, granted a bionic arm and used as an evil assassin. He and Captain America fought and it seemed as though Captain America had got through to him - making him remember who he really was - and that should really have been one of the focal points of the next movie. That's very unlikely to happen with the small matter of the Civil War occurring instead - and that's exactly why this next entry should have been included instead...
