16. Blade

Like Ghost Rider, Blade is a character whose very nature puts him in the world of the supernatural. As a result, the Doctor Strange movie would be a great platform from which to notify fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that he exists within it. If Doctor Strange has any kind of association with S.H.I.E.L.D., perhaps Blade could simply be referenced on a S.H.I.E.L.D. database or, mistaking him for a murderer having seen him kill a person (who was actually a vampire), S.H.I.E.L.D. could announce in a post-credits scene that they are chasing him - perhaps Nick Fury could hand Phil Coulson a photograph of a black guy in shades and a leather coat and Coulson could say he'll "look into it". After the success of the first Blade franchise - which has now been done and dusted for ten years - the rights to Blade have reverted back to Marvel and fans would welcome his big screen return.
