What could make Phase 4 even better would be if Carol Danvers were joined by her successor to the Ms. Marvel title, Kamala Khan.
As Marvel’s first ever Muslim hero, Khan broke new ground when she was first inked onto the page, and her on screen debut would be no different.
Ms. Marvel's first full volume (written by G. Willow Wilson) won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Graphic Story, and deservedly so. Khan showcases the reality of what it means to be an American Muslim, and it’s a tale that can only make the MCU richer.
Linking their stories together has been Marvel’s original concept since launch, and Ms. Marvel fits seamlessly with the Captain of the same name. Considering Captain Marvel is set in the nineties, we may even see a nod to Khan there before her modern day debut.
