MCU Phase 4: 10 Marvel Characters Keanu Reeves Is Most Likely To Play

Not too much is known of the MCU’s future Beyond Spider-Man: Far From Home, although it’s easy to see which popular stars are being set up for what will undoubtedly be massively successful sequels.

However, along with Shang Chi, The Eternals is one of the few new properties getting a major outing in the coming months and years. Richard Madden is set to play Ikaris there, with Angelina Jolie positioned as Sersi. These aren’t the first Eternals in the MCU (Thanos, obviously), and likely won’t be the last either.

Similar to Guardians of the Galaxy (in number, if not tone), The Eternals will be an ensemble affair, and could very well have a fellow Eternal as a villain. That’s where Druig - and by extension Keanu Reeves - could come in.

Ikaris is one of the few Eternals confirmed to appear, and since Druig is his cousin, he already has some deeper link to the movie. While Ikaris is a heroic character though, Druig is a much darker and more sinister Eternal who could be the overall villain.

Keanu Reeves has taken to some darker roles recently, so a fully fledged super villain could be a great next step.
