2. Captain America: Reborn

Bucky Barnes' journey to being Captain America has been foreshadowed in pretty much every Marvel film going for the last decade, and with Sebastian Stan's contract with Marvel Studios outlasting Chris Evans' own, it looks as though the motions have already begun for a changing of the guard to take place.

Said move already occurred in the comics, where Steve Rogers was assassinated shortly following the conclusion of Civil War. Here, however, it looks as though his demise will come in Avengers 4, opening up a whole new arc for Bucky after his return from Infinity War's snap spectacular. This calls for a fourth entry in the Cap series, and with Winter Soldier set to feature in the upcoming Black Widow prequel, expect Scarlet Johansson's Nat Romanova to play a pivotal role too.

As for what this new Cap film should include, there's no doubt it, along with Guardians 3 and Spider-Man: Far From Home, will spend a great deal of their running time unpacking the events of MCU's Infinity saga. A lot of Phase 4 will be about establishing a new era of the MCU in a way no other phase has, and with legacy characters still an alien concept to many movie-goers, a fourth Cap film could prove to be a costly but ultimately worthwhile endeavour to pursue.

Oh, and make Bucky and Nat a thing onscreen. They should totally be a thing onscreen.
