MCU Phase 4: 10 Ways Marvel Could Reboot Blade

Even though Netflix and Disney are set to end their partnership (and with it, the introduction of new Marvel TV shows), there's nothing to say that the company can't use the character of Blade in a pre-existing property, i.e. Daredevil.

This would obviously lead to a fully fledged Blade show later down the line (on Disney's service - yes, this is confusing), but introducing the character this way would work well for both parties. Netflix get to herald the revival of one of the most iconic comic book characters of the last 25 years, and Disney get to continue things on their own service.

For fans, the draw would most likely lie in seeing the Daywalker team up with the Defenders, and while the universe's mystical and supernatural elements have been the most hotly criticised of all, bringing in a fan-favourite character like Blade would go far in changing those perceptions, especially when there are already so many great characters for him to bounce off of.
