4. Robert Downey Jr. And Chris Evans Will Step Back For Good

The Rumour:
With both Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. reportedly set to end their commitments to the MCU after Endgame, Phase 4 will not feature either Captain America or Iron Man. Given both have played a pivotal role in the franchise so far, this will push Phase 4 into uncharted territory, as the MCU searches for two new leaders to replace the star-spangled man and his armoured counterpart.
The Response:
Marvel have readymade replacements for both the Captain and Iron Man in Brie Larson's Carol Danvers and Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther, and given Tony isn't to be seen in any of the promotional material for Spider-Man: Far From Home, it could be possible that he will retire from super-heroics by the time Endgame ends.
As for Steve Rogers... well, all signs point towards him meeting a tragic end in the fourth Avengers film, making this particular rumour less speculative, and more rooted in fact.
