3. Fox's Characters Could Appear Before Phase 5

The Rumour:
Although most had suspected that the likes of the X-Men and Fantastic Four wouldn't make it to the MCU until Phases 5, 6, or even beyond, recent chatter has indicated that they could be introduced a lot sooner.
There's nothing concrete here so far, but Kevin Feige did mention in conversation with Variety that the integration of those properties into the MCU is "looking very, very good and could happen in the first six months" of 2019.
The Response:
This doesn't mean that we can expect to see any Fox properties appearing in Endgame or Far From Home, but it does mean that they certainly could appear in Phase 4. Pre-production has already commenced on Shang-Chi, Black Widow and The Eternals, with sequels to Doctor Strange and Black Panther presumably next in line, but there's no reason why elements from either the Fantastic Four or X-Men could be seeded in each film.
It's less likely that any solo film focusing on either the Fantastic Four or X-Men will happen within that timeframe, but don't rule out a cameo or two from happening just yet.
